Key Features: High-rigidity flange-type spindle head and variable-frequency spindle motor, enabling constant-linear-velocity cutting. The machine bed is made of high-quality 250 cast iron and is integrally cast. The guideways undergo ultrasonic frequency quenching. Increased span to 300 mm, enhancing stability and rigidity. The machine’s sheet-metal enclosure provides comprehensive protection, fully ensuring operator safety and ease of operation. This series of machines can turn internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, as well as metric and imperial threads; it can meet a wide range of turning and cutting requirements. An enhanced tailstock (manual, pneumatic, or hydraulic) is available as an option. Applicable products: motor shafts, long shafts, end-face center holes, and concentricity requirements.
