What is a domestically produced CNC lathe system?
The inclined-bed CNC lathe is a two-axis linked, semi-closed-loop, full-function CNC lathe. Based on advanced contemporary design and manufacturing technologies, it meets the latest precision standards currently in use as well as our factory’s stringent internal standards. Equipped with cutting-edge functional components sourced both domestically and internationally, this machine boasts a robust and reliable core mechanism. It is ideal for machining rotating parts with complex geometries, such as cylindrical surfaces, curved surfaces, conical surfaces, stepped surfaces, various internal and external threads, drilling, reaming, boring, and roll forming. It is particularly well-suited for large-scale production runs involving numerous parts.

Installation of a Tilted Bed CNC Lathe
On the basis of placing the CNC Machine Tool, the inclined-bed CNC lathe brand should be in a state of free leveling, after which the iron shims should be evenly tightened. The level reading for ordinary machine tools must not exceed 0.04 mm/1000 mm, while the level reading for high-precision CNC machine tools should not exceed 0.02 mm/1000 mm. When measuring installation accuracy, the measurements should be taken at a constant temperature, and measurement tools should be used under a specific temperature. During the installation of an inclined-bed CNC lathe, it is essential to avoid installation methods that could cause forced deformation of the CNC Machine Tool. When installing an inclined-bed CNC lathe, there is no need to disassemble certain parts of the machine tool.
Preparations Before Testing a Slant-Bed CNC Lathe
After passing the geometric accuracy inspection of the inclined-bed CNC lathe, it is necessary to clean the machine tool. Please use a cotton or silk cloth dampened with cleaning agent; do not use cotton yarn or gauze. Upon delivery from the factory, remove the rust-preventive oil or rust-preventive paint applied to protect the guideways and machined surfaces of the CNC lathe’s inclined bed. Clean off any dust from the exterior surfaces of the machine. Apply machine tool oil to each sliding surface and working surface.
Carefully check whether the parts of the tilting-bed CNC lathe have been lubricated as required, and whether sufficient coolant has been added to the cooling tank. Also, verify that the oil levels in the machine tool’s hydraulic station and automatic lubrication system have reached the positions indicated by the oil level indicators.
Check whether all switches and components in the electrical control box are functioning properly, and ensure that each plug-in integrated circuit board is securely in place.
